Epiphany Farm, LLC

Epiphany Farm, LLC is situated on 40 acres in the scenic North Georgia mountains just south of Dahlonega, GA. 

Full Board $525

Full board includes quality feed and hay, daily stall cleaning, and daily turnout on grass pastures.  The main barn includes ten 12x12 matted stalls with automatic waterers, hot/cold wash rack, tack room, and heated kitchen and bath room.

RIDING LESSONS

We welcome students of all ages and skill levels and have a string of high quality lesson horses to suit every need. Our lessons have an eventing focus with dressage-based flatwork.

Lesson types and pricing for students riding Epiphany Farm horses

Intro Lessons

• One hour total barn time 
• 30 mins riding, 15 mins before and after the ride to groom, tack, and untack
• Tacking assistance provided
• Focus on horsemanship, basics of grooming, tacking, and riding
• All new lesson students without prior riding experience or who cannot catch, groom, tack and untack unassisted must start with an intro lesson
• $40 per individual lesson

30-minute Lessons

• 30 mins riding time
• No tacking assistance provided
• Riders expected to be in arena, mounted and ready at assigned lesson time
• Riders must have at least one year of lesson experience and demonstrate ability to catch, groom, tack and untack horse unassisted
• Focus on proper dressage-based flat work, poles/cavaletti
• $35 per individual lesson

Intermediate Lessons

• One hour riding time
• No tacking assistance provided
• Riders expected to be in arena, mounted and ready at assigned lesson time
• Focus on intermediate dressage-based flatwork and jumping*
• $50 per individual lesson 

*Riders wishing to jump higher than starter level (approx 2 feet)
must own or lease a horse.

Horse Owner/Lessor Lessons

• Riders must own or lease a horse and board at Epiphany Farm
• One hour riding time
• Riders expectd to be in arena, mounted and ready at assigned lesson time
• Focus on individual training needs of horse and rider
• $40 per individual lesson

HORSE LEASES

Epiphany Farm offers several high quality lesson horses for lease and half lease, prices vary and we have something to fit every budget. Contact for more information.

SHOWING

We attend horse shows on a regular basis. Most are GDCTA-sanctioned combined training and/or 3-phase events. Riders in our lesson program are welcome to compete on our lesson horses or with their own horse. There is no minimum showing requirement.

HUNTER PACES / FOX HUNTING / OTHER EVENTS

In addition to showing, we also actively attend hunter paces, fox hunts, clinics, and other events that our boarders are interested in. There is something for everyone here at Epiphany Farm!
