On-Site Half Lease

Ace of Hearts

2014 16.2 hand pinto appendix gelding.

Ace has shown beginner novice 3-phase and novice CT in GDCTA schooling shows and has the talent and scope to go higher with more time and education. Ace is only for lease because the high school senior who loves him dearly does not have the time to devote to developing him to his full potential.

Ace requires an experienced rider, so if you are currently running at least beginner novice and looking to move up, Ace may be the choice for you. He is bold and brave to the fences and goes through water. He is happy to do all three phases in a snaffle

Tiko

11 year old 14.3+ hand bay gelding

Tiko is a sweet in your pocket type of guy. He is owned by a college student who just doesn't have time for him right now. Tiko and his owner have evented through starter level in GDCTA schooling shows and Tiko has been used in intermediate level lessons here at Epiphany Farm. He loves to jump, is brave to the fences, and is a cute mover for dressage. Goes in a snaffle, but has his own motor. Tiko would be a really fun lower level eventing "hony" for a high school or college intermediate rider.

For Sale

Mateo $7500

2011 (11 year old) 14.3+ hand grade paint gelding

Mateo is full of personality and cute as a button. He will come to you in the pasture and nuzzle you for treats. He is brave to the fences, jumps a "10" every time, will jump anything and goes through water willingly. He has been to chattachoochee hills and poplar place multiple times to XC school and be my personal "golf cart" as I school my riders. He has schooled starter level XC and BN stadium with scope and heart for more. He is soft in the bridle and goes in a french link snaffle.

Mateo requires a rider with a soft educated hand and seat. He wil give you his all, but needs a patient, soft rider.

Mateo is NOT suitable for a beginner.

A rider who is currently schooling or showing starter level and looking to move up would enjoy Mateo. He could also step into the jumper ring at H/J shows. He needs his own person, he is not suitable for a lesson program

Easy keeper, loads, clips, ties, easy to handle in the barn. Currently barefoot, can live inside or out.

Boondoggle $2500

2015 (7 yr old) 15.3 hand bay AQHA gelding.

Boondoggle is a sweet in your pocket type guy. His overall demeanor is very laid back, more whoa than go, but as an off the track AQHA he's not a deadhead. His brain is definitely AQHA, though his body has more of a TB build.

Boondoggle has jumped in the past, but is best suited for a low level dressage, hunter under saddle, or trail riding home.

Boondoggle is good in the arena, but he loves to trail ride with a buddy. He crosses water, bridges, and ditches willingly and is not spooky or nervous. Will go english or western. Trailers well and stands for vet and farrier. Easy to handle in the barn.

What he is NOT:
Boondoggle is NOT a barrel racing, roping, or speed event prospect.

I will NOT sell him to a rider weighing more than 175 lbs.

He is NOT suitable for a beginner.

New owner must be willing to maintain regular massage/body work and chiropractic care and also take care of his feet. He wears front shoes that must be done every six weeks.
